Great Re-Start of Pastors Prayer Partners

There were 35 men gathered together this morning to pray for our pastors, elders, and the church in general. After all the administrative stuff was finished (welcome, brief review of what Pastors Prayer Partners is, fill out contact information form) we heard from Tim Smith using 1 Thes 5:16-18. "Rejoice always, pray with ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." During our prayer time, we started with worship and praise for our Heavenly Father and ended with specific prayer for our pastors and elders.

Please consider using Psalm 119: 1-3 as a starting point for prayer for our pastors and elders. "Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!" Based on these verses, we can ask God to keep these men blameless, to keep their walk according to the law of the Lord, to seek His testimonies, to seek Him with their whole heart, to do no wrong but walk in His ways.
